Hekate New Moon

On the eve of the New Moon, it is tradition to honour Hekate, the triform goddess of the moon, witchcraft, necromancy, ghosts, and crossroads. Hekate is celebrated during life's thresholds, like the lunar cycle, marriage, childbirth, and death. This mystical goddess manifests in three spiritual forms represented by the triple moon: the Maiden (New Moon), the Mother (Full Moon), and the Crone (Waning Moon). The New Moon (the Maiden) symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings.
